A fun-filled, family-oriented, non-alcoholic New Year’s Eve festivity coordinated by the Oil City Arts Council. It will serve as the culminating event of our year-long celebration of Oil City’s Sesquicentennial Celebration.
The Venango Chamber Orchestra features a variety of compositions performed by nearly 50 musicians and students from throughout the region. This is a free concert. Donations are greatly appreciated and support future efforts of the orchestra.
