The Oil Heritage Festival Art Show features works in all media, created by artists from our region and beyond from children to adults. The exhibit takes place in three location in downtown Oil City: National Transit Building · 206 Seneca Street, National Transit Annex · 210 Seneca Street, and 42 Seneca Street. This is and indoor exhibit. In accordance with public health and safety guidelines and current state restrictions on gatherings, attendees should plan to wear a face covering and practice social distancing. Attendance inside each venue will be limited to 25 persons (including artists and exhibit volunteers).
