The Oil City Garden Club invites you to join us June 5th to celebrate the Rhododendron Arboretum at Hasson Park. Did you know the Arboretum was started by the Oil City Garden Club?

A short program will be presented at the large picnic pavilion on the past, present and future of Hasson Park beginning at 1 p.m. Rain or shine.

There will be information tables about:
*the OC 150 celebration (sign the banner),
*the Oil City Garden Club (How to join and garden flea market items and perennials available for a donation.),
*the Heritage Society of Oil City (Who are they and how you can join.) and
*the Oil Valley Disc Golf Society (What is disc golf? How do you join?).

The Democratic Committee of Venango County will be providing a free lunch – hot dog, chips and drink – to the first 100 people beginning about 12:30 p.m.
Door prizes will be given away!!
