Due to COVID-19 precautions, Indie Fest has been scaled back this year.

It will feature Pittsburgh-based band Roam Free. The indie band is made up of five members, including Oil City-native Joe Morgan on bass. Members play guitar, vocals, keyboard and drums.

Refreshments will be provided.
