As a Business Admin Assistant, you can be an important part of the office’s team, both supporting the entire office staff and directly supporting your superior, the office’s Administrative Business Director. As the office’s Business Admin Assistant, you will help to oversee the day-to-day operations in the office, as well as perform additional important tasks such as managing client files, monitoring reports for omissions or errors, and implementing new office policies and procedures. Provide direct support to the Administrative Business Director
Oversee the day-to-day operations in the office
Intake, process, and maintain client files .
Monitor reports for omissions or errors
Obtain signatures as necessary
Monitor completeness of pending files and follow-up as needed
Implement new office policies and procedures

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and computerized accounting
Workplace computer skills in Microsoft Office programs
Keyboarding skills
Written and oral communication skills

Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or its equivalent
