We are an Outdoor Power Equipment & Agriculture dealer carrying multiple brands including Scag, Ferris, Echo, LandMaster, LS Tractor and more. Come work in a fast-paced environment with a great customer base and a team atmosphere. Store hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm and Saturday 8:00am – 12:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by accurately determining the needs of the customer as it relates to parts and service support.
• Work closely with the Service and Sales Departments to supply parts, accessories, and any other support as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for our employees and customers.
• Maintain the condition of company inventory, equipment, and tools.
• Receive and fill telephone orders for parts customers.
• Fill customer orders from stock or locate & order available parts when the dealership is out of stock.
• Mark and store parts in stockrooms according to pre-arranged systems.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Must have a basic understanding of parts used on outdoor power/ag equipment and/or automotive.
• Must be organized, detail orientated and tolerate pressure.
• Must actively look for ways to help our customers.
• Strong verbal communication (in person and telephone).
• Above average computer skills including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, password management, internet navigation.
• Computer skills including office products, point-of-sale systems, and internet navigation.
• Strong data entry skills (accuracy and speed).
• Ability to use critical thinking to solve problems and improve systems.
