About us:

Oakland Products is a locally owned, family operated, fabrication business located in Franklin PA. We specialize in manufacturing industrial parts cleaning, drying, and polishing equipment. Our main products are Spin Dryers, Polishing Tumblers, and Screen Separators. We also design and build custom Parts Washers to fit our customers’ needs.

Who we are looking for:

  • A full time (40hrs per week), 1st shift (8:00AM-4:30PM), office clerk, to perform various office duties as needed/directed

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and general product questions
  • Data entry
  • Running general reports
  • Create invoices
  • Purchasing goods from suppliers
  • Inventory control
  • Create purchase and work orders
  • Filing paperwork
  • Process credit card transactions
  • Update pricelists, product literature, and spreadsheets
  • Create labels and shipments for UPS, Fed-Ex, and Freight

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proficient in QuickBooks (preferred) or ability to learn
  • Payroll experience a plus
  • 3 yrs of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
