Full job description

We are looking for an individual to join our administrative team and help us move into our next generation of management. The position features a varied and dynamic workload as well as the occasional opportunity for creative problem solving.

The duties entail facilitating the flow of information from the receipt of a Purchase Order through Invoicing and communicating with other members of management, customers, vendors, as well as the team on the shop floor. The collection of data and coordination of effort will be instrumental in working towards the goal of achieving on-time deliveries for each order that passes through the shop.

· Data entry and collection

· Customer relations via phone and email

· Coordinating and communicate customers and vendors needs

· Time Management

· Proficiency in handling data

· Manufacturing experience

Additional Assets:

· 3 years of office experience

· Quick Books proficiency

· Excel/Google Sheets proficiency

· Experience within a leadership role

· Purchasing experience

· Print reading

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
