Thursday Night Concerts in the Park Franklin Fine Arts Council is hosting Thursday Night Concerts in the Park sponsored by Mike & Joyce Hughes. They will be held in Bandstand Park in Franklin, PA. Tonight will showcase the Pine Valley Boys.
