Join us on Tuesday, September 17 for a walk along the UPMC Northwest walking trail with Dr. Kyle Shilk of UPMC Interventional Pain Management. Dr. Shilk will discuss common causes of low back pain and demonstrate simple stretching.

Participants will meet at the UPMC Northwest Walking Trail Pavilion at 5 pm. Registration is not required. In case of inclement weather, this event will be rescheduled. Please wear footwear appropriate for walking.

Walk with a UPMC Northwest Doc is a free, physician-led walking group hosted by the Northwest Hospital Foundation. It’s a no-commitment, fun and safe way to take a walk and learn about health with a UPMC Northwest physician.
