Join us on Thursday, August 22 for a walk along the UPMC Northwest walking trail with Dr. Heidi Ochs of UPMC Pediatric Hospital Medicine. Dr. Ochs will discuss the importance of teaching children healthy practices to carry into adulthood.

Participants will meet at the UPMC Northwest Walking Trail Pavilion at 5 pm. Registration is not required. In case of inclement weather, this event will be rescheduled. Please wear footwear appropriate for walking.

Walk with a UPMC Northwest Doc is a free, physician-led walking group hosted by the Northwest Hospital Foundation. It’s a no-commitment, fun and safe way to take a walk and learn about health with a UPMC Northwest physician.
