Born and raised in Oil City, author Tammi Huggins is returning for a book signing event at Mr. Bookman, Franklin. On Saturday, August 14th, from 11am-3pm, Huggins will be in the book store with her books “Murders and Misconceptions” and “Bridges and Bodies,” two books in her train mystery series the Ben Time Mysteries.
