In conjunction with the launch of our new Seed Library, the Oil City Library will be hosting a seed-starting workshop! Join Penn State Master Gardener Stacey on April 8th at 5:30 pm to learn about starting your own home garden. All participants will leave with their own seed-starting greenhouse kit with seeds planted! 🪴
