The Annual Fair Housing Seminar, with Special Guest Keirstyn Marcucci of Southwest PA Legal Services, will be held on Friday, April 21st at the Venango Courthouse Annex, Room 100, from 10AM – 12PM, 1174 Elk Street, Franklin. This year’s seminar is titled “Reasonable Accommodations for Assistance and Support Animals” and is FREE to attend. The event will address: What qualifies as an assistance or support animal? What are the obligations of housing providers? What is a “reasonable accommodation”? What happens when someone is denied?
