The Fertigs United Methodist Church will be holding their 2nd Annual Pinewood Derby on Saturday, March 26th starting at 10:30am. The kitchen will be open with donuts for sale in the morning and again for lunch. Lunch will consist of a meal deal; hot dog, bag of chips, bottle of water, and a pack of cookies. The derby is open to new and previously built cars. All cars must follow the B.S.A. rules. New car kits are available for $15.00, previously built cars can register for $10.00. Car kits are available now, please contact the Fertigs U.M. Church at 814-354-2305 to make purchase arrangements. Challenge races will take place after the derby, each challenge race will be $1.00. Test laps and weigh-ins will take place on Friday, March 25th from 6:00-8:00pm. See flyer for further details. Both test laps/weigh-ins and the race day event will take place at the Fertigs Community Center.
