Join the park naturalist on a 7 mile loop hike starting at the park office. This hike is moderate to difficult, with some steep hills and rocky sections. Please come prepared with at least 2 liters of water, a packed lunch, and comfortable, worn-in hiking boots. Dress for the weather.

This is not a hike for beginners. If you are not confident that you can hike for 5 hours on rough terrain, please consider one of our shorter guided hikes.

This hike will take us past two incredible scenic overlooks, a waterfall, and a tableau with several oil derricks.

Face masks are required for all park programming. We will be maintaining social distance whenever possible.
