Join the Oil City Main Street Program for a special “Music on the Square” performance by The Wyllis Street Band! This hometown favorite group includes locals Stephen Woods on rhythm guitar, Andy Young on lead guitar and vocals, Marc Rickard on percussion and vocals and Jess Rosen on vocals. The band’s genre includes rock, blues and a variety of classics and some more obscure songs ranging from the 60’s through the 90’s.

The September 23 Music on the Square event wraps up its 2022 concert series and will be held during the “Oil City Uncorked” Fall Wine Walk. The concert is free and open to the public; attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on. The Oil City Elks will also be holding a food concession on Sycamore Street, which will be closed to vehicles during the event. In the case of inclement weather or continued construction on Town Square sidewalks, the concert will be moved to a nearby location; updates will be posted to the Oil City Main Street Program’s Facebook page.
