This class will take place on September 27th from 6:30pm-8:30pm at the Transit Arts Gallery and Gifts located at 206 Seneca Street, Oil City PA 16301. During this class, the students will have the opportunity to create a frames keepsake using your own costume jewelry pieces. Cost is $25/person.
