Each Saturday from 8AM to 1PM, around the 12th Street Island next the the Venango County Courthouse in Franklin.

Special Artisan Markets will be held a few Saturdays this year with extra artisan vendors. The themes are:

• July 2nd – “Red White and You”
• July 23 – “Christmas in July”
• August 27 – “Harvest Market”
