The Titusville Council on the Arts presents: Follow the Star!

Join us Saturday, December 9th at 7pm at the First Presbyterian Church in Titusville for a holiday performance of “Follow the Star”. Doors will open at 6pm, the sanctuary opens at 6:30pm, and the performance will start at 7pm. This event is FREE to the public. A huge thank you goes out to the Kookogey family for providing funding for this event.

“The show is mostly original music and original arrangements by Chris Moore. This statement was used in the past for advertising: “Follow the Star” Christmas tour was created by Chris and Julie Moore from the Erie, Pennsylvania variety band Tennessee Backporch and it showcases some very moving originals as well as creative arrangements of familiar favorite Christmas songs that will guarantee a special Christmas concert for young and old, which has been noted by past audiences as “very moving and spiritual, yet light and fun”. We have gotten many comments on how the show was one of the most spiritual experiences they have had during the Christmas season. Every year it is changed in some ways to make it fresh but there is definitely a core storyline regarding the birth of Jesus including an interesting perspective of Mary and Joseph as well as the Innkeeper. The story is in the first act and then the second act is much lighter and fun. At the end the meaningful storyline is brought back for the big finish.”
