The ceremony will explain the history of the American flag and what it means to the nation.

The public is invited to bring chairs for the ceremony.

The proper way to retire the flag will also be shown, and multiple flags will then be properly retired in the park.

This 101st annual service, which is open to the public, is being conducted by Franklin Elks Lodge 110, the V.E.T.S. Honor Guard
