Guided tours will be given of this ca. 1850 house constructed prior to the region’s oil boom. Learn about the history of its occupants, including the region’s “prodigal son” John Washington “Coal Oil Johnny” Steele. Re-enactors will portray historic characters and select books will be available for sale. Light refreshments will be on site.
