We’re back! Best Intentions will host live music at OARS on August 9 – right along the Allegheny River in Franklin, PA! This free event is open to the public. Bring a chair and favorite beverage, and get ready to sing along to top 40 hits with 2021 Taste of Talent Winner Ian Best (vocals), Matt Beightol (guitar), Josh Wilson (bass), and Rachel Bennett (drums).
