A free public Dedication Ceremony and Outdoor Concert will be hosted in a garden-party style event on the lawn of the historic William H. Scheide House in Titusville, PA. A dozen musicians from the Erie Philharmonic will perform several of the Brandenburg Concertos by Johann Sebastian Bach. Members of the Scheide Family and area officials will give remarks dedicating this property, which is now owned by the nonprofit Oil Region Alliance. Building rehabilitation work will begin on site in May, to gradually prepare the building to contain the Scheide Cultural Preservation Center.
