2019 Oil Heritage Region Historic Preservation Awards Ceremony

FreeCelebrate the winners of the 2019 Oil Heritage Region Historic Preservation Awards: The Derrick / The News-Herald for its “Out of the Archives” series, Missy’s Arcade Restaurant reconstruction in Titusville, Keystone Community Education Council’s Oil City office enhancement project, adaptive reuse and stewardship of the Titusville Iron Works building in Titusville, stewardship of the St. James Memorial Episcopal Church in Titusville, stewardship of the St. John’s Episcopal Church in Franklin, Juliet Hilburn for her Ridgway Cemetery project in Hydetown, and the Oil Region Alliance’s adaptive reuse of the former Salvation Army Building in Oil City.
The Preservation Awards ceremony will begin at 6 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres, a tour of the beautiful and historic First Baptist Church, and then the Awards Ceremony, where the winners will be presented with certificates to recognize their historic preservation efforts throughout the Oil Region.
