Qigong – Moving Meditation

Baduanjin Qigong, also known as the ‘Eight Brocades’, is a form of Qigong consisting of 8 individual movements or exercises , each focusing on a different part of the body, that is believed to improve overall vitality and strength when practiced daily.

Join Laura Matthews, of Dear Heart Medicinals and Mercantile (Rt. 36, Leeper) as we walk through the forest for an introduction to this ancient practice.

Handouts will be provided for those interested in pursuing its practice.

Please meet at the Log Cabin Environmental Classroom. (2hrs) No dogs please.
