A percentage of your order will be donated to the Northwest Hospital Foundation’s Patient Hardship Fund and matched by Franklin-Oil Region Credit Union up to $250!

You must present the event flyer (physical copy or on your phone) to your server OR show your server the card provided to you by a Health Club member for a percentage of your check to be donated.
