The cast of the Franklin Civic Operetta Association’s upcoming production of “Matilda: The Musical” at the Barrow Civic Theatre will be hosting a free special storytime program at the Franklin Public Library on Saturday, September 17th at 1:00PM. Members of the cast will be in full costume & will be available for pictures and a Q&A after the storytime.
