The Franklin Public Library is hosting a Teddy Bear Picnic on Saturday, September 24th for children ages 2-4. Join us at the Cooperstown Fairgrounds from 10:30-12:30 for this exciting and free event. Bring your favorite stuffed animal or doll and enjoy stories, songs, and games, as well as a “beary” delicious lunch. All children will receive a bag of age appropriate books and toys chosen to develop early literacy skills. Space is limited, so reservations are a must! Please call 814-432-5062 today to register.
