Take a trip back in time to Petroleum Center to see what life was really like in this 1860s oil boom town.  The park naturalist will take you on a guided tour to translate the past of “the wickedest town east of the Mississippi.”  You’ll walk the boardwalk trail, a recreation of what the 1860s sidewalks would have been like, and learn about the businesses, homes, and people who once lived here.
