Western Secure Treatment Unit (WSTU) is a secure post-adjudication facility that provides comprehensive services to young men (14-21), using a trauma-informed, strength-based, gender responsive model. Through rigorous education, positive skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment, we empower youth to reach their full potential. The facility features residential student dormitories, on-site schooling, a vocational CTE student work training program, a dining hall, and extracurricular opportunities for the young men. Pay:  $55,000/annually

What you will do:  The Activities Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing coordination, structure and accountability to the site physical fitness and athletic programs.

To be considered you should: Possess a BA/BS in related field (preferred)  ~ Working knowledge of the Positive Operational Culture, and a Valid Teaching Certificate from PA Preferred ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (we no longer test for THC for pre-employment), physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Schedule: 5 Days on, 2 Days off – 40 hours/week.
