The Oil City Arts Council is pleased to present its 2023 Photography Show ‘VISIONS’, to be held in Graffiti Gallery this spring. The show begins with an Opening Reception on Friday, March 31 from 5 – 8 pm and continues on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 – 6 pm through April 29.

‘VISIONS’ is a non-juried photography show and will be free and open to the public. Many pieces, if not all of the exhibited work will be available for purchase. Adults as well as children are welcome to exhibit. All work must be framed; the artist’s hanging fee is $25 which goes toward covering the monthly rental cost for the gallery.
