The Northern Pennsylvania Regional College will be holding an Information Session at the Oil City Public Library on Monday, November 11th from 6pm-8pm. Come learn how you can earn a college degree from the Northern Pennsylvania Regional College, earn credits towards a college degree while still in high school or learn about our Workforce Development Programs.
