The 2019 Music in Oil Country marching band festival will feature more than 500 students from nine high school marching bands spanning six counties. High school bands scheduled to perform include the Oil City Oiler Marching Band, Franklin Black Knight Marching Band, Lakeview Sailor Marching Band, Keystone High School Panther Marching Band, Brockway Rover Marching Band, Titusville Rocket Marching Band, Cambridge Springs Marching Blue Devils, Warren Dragon Marching Band, and Eisenhower Marching Knights. In addition, the Mercyhurst University Laker Pride Marching Band will perform as this year’s special guest.

Proceeds from the festival will benefit the Oiler Marching Band uniform fund.

In the event of inclement weather, the event will be held in the Oil City High School gymnasium.
