Prior to Franklin’s Blues and BBQ Festival, Franklin Preservation will be presenting a program on Prohibition and the origins of Jazz music. CeCe Otto will perform over a dozen songs from Victorian parlor songs, tin pan alley tunes and speakeasy favorites. Join us at the 3rd Floor of the DeBence Antique Music Museum at 11 am for this rollicking musical event. Admission is by donation.
