Hope 21 Ministry will be holding our 2nd annual A Dress for You event. The event will again be held at the National Transit Building, in Oil City, Suite 31.

March 17th 5PM – 8PM & 18th 10AM – 2PM.

This two-day event is the culmination of a year’s worth of collecting pre-loved and gently used formal and semi-formal gowns, dresses, shoes, clutches, jewelry and other accessories which all be available FREE to ANYONE in the community
