Celebrate Galentine’s Day with your gals and cheese at Core Goods!

Join Andrea and Critter as they walk you through building a beautiful charcuterie board, filled with cheese, meat, nuts, crackers, mustard, and more. Resources and special techniques will be shared throughout the class and attendees will take home handouts with information and their own container filled with charcuterie ingredients.

The event is BYOB. Feel free to bring your favorite adult beverage to enjoy during the class. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. Attendees can shop in the store afterwards and will receive 10% off their purchases.

All are welcome–you don’t have to be a gal to attend!

Workshop Presenters: Andrea Marshall, MS, is an avid charcuterie board creator and has a background in nutrition. She currently works for Adagio Health teaching cooking classes to families. Find her on Instagram — @eggcellentfoods. Critter Fink is joining Andrea for charcuterie AND comedic assistance. He recently moved home from New York City where he spent time in both fashion and comedy.
