This party is a warm and welcoming event which is open to the public. Admission is by donation. Funds raised at this time will benefit the restoration of the 1886 Stick Style building located on the corner of Buffalo and 11th Street, formerly known as the Old Lutheran Church. Valet parking will be provided.

The evening will offer sumptuous appetizers, both naughty and nice drinks and heavenly music provided by pianist Nat Licht. Raffle tickets for winning either $1000, $300 or $200 will be will be sold during the evening. Winners will be drawn at the end of the evening. One does not have to be present to win.

Restoration work on the exterior of the building was begun in July of 2019. A new roof will be installed this summer. The structure is the home of Franklin Preservation and is the site of SAVED! A Sale of Cast-Offs and Collectables and a Tiki BBQ Party.
