Where ROCK meets BACH – TAKE3 with Rockstar Charisma
TAKE3 has a “flair for the wild and unexpected” and “brings the refinement of a rigorous classical music background and infuses it with rock-star charisma.”
World class entertainment for families and music lovers of all ages and generations…
Returning by popular demand after multiple standing ovations from their Lincoln Hall audiences – the genre-smashing, virtuosic-crossover trio with a flair for the wild and unexpected – TAKE3 Trio returns on Friday, October 9 at 7:30 PM with world class artistry, blazing virtuosity, tender sensitivity and new, exciting repertoire including John Williams’ Greatest Hits from iconic Hollywood movies, Beyoncé and ABBA!
Combining the refinement of their rigorous classical music backgrounds with rock-star charisma – led by the phenomenally gifted violinist Lindsay Deutsch these cross-over classically trained musicians will electrify and entertain with their arrangements of “Where ROCK meets BACH.”
This unique trio of violin, cello, and piano brings together the power and energy of rock music with the sophistication and beauty of classical Bach. Experience a fusion of styles that will leave you breathless and wanting more.
Equally sensitive in moments of tender musical beauty, their arrangements of Leonard Cohen’s “Alleluia” and “Amazing Grace” will be emotionally moving.
This dynamic and charismatic threesome leaves their indelible mark on captivated crowds around the country performing their top pop hits, Oldies, Americana, and their signature classical mashups – and everything in between including classical favorites.
TAKE3 thrives at the intersection where art and pop culture collide. Trained at the world’s top conservatories, TAKE3 has expanded their repertoire from Bach and Beethoven to John Williams, Leonard Cohen, Bieber and The Beach Boys – and Willie Nelson, Beyonce, Abba and Elvis!
From “Unchained Melody”, “Amazing Grace”, “What a Wonderful World”, Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah” and Willie’s Nelson’s “On the Road Again” to Game of Thrones, Pirates of the Caribbean, Beethoven, West Side Story and Orange Blossom Special, TAKE3 conveys an empowering message of joy and connection through music in their high-energy performances.
Having been Yanni’s featured violin soloist and toured most of the 7 continents, the trio is nothing short of exhilarating, described as a mini–Trans Siberian Orchestra experience, performing across the US and abroad in performing arts centers, symphony halls and venues with over 50 concerts in the 25/26 season.
TAKE3 dazzles audiences with their unmistakable style and infectious joy, performing top Pop hits, Oldies, Americana, and their signature classical mashups. And their reviews are as spectacular as they are!
